Black Forest Individual Fancy Cake

This is a twist on the traditional Black Forest cherry-cake, consisting of a chocolate based top and bottom filled with chocolate cream and a cherry compote, topped with whipped cream and powdered with chocolate bits.

The traditional Black Forest cherry-cake consists of several layers of chocolate cake, with whipped cream and cherries between each layer.
