The Moelleux au Chocolat.

The best French cake ever. The taste is pure soft, chewy and melt-in-the-mouth chocolate heaven. Moelleux au chocolat does have characteristics of souffle, cake, and even pudding. It is probably most similar to a souffle cake, as it is almost flourless and the cake sinks in the center as it cools.

It consists of very few ingredients but one thing is an absolute Must – you have to take the best ingredients available to you! Nothing else will do! Be aware that this is a very deceptive cake. It is completely unpretentious, unadorned and almost unattractive.  But just wait until your guests had their first bite! There will be complete silence until they have finished so good is this.
Just warm it up a little bit under an aluminium foil at 80 C before serving it with ice cream. Best served slightly warm with Vanilla ice cream. Contains gluten and dairy.
