Austrian springtime Tzatziki (traditional & Thermomix)

A delicious spread with wild garlic, radishes and more.

Cut the radishes and cucumber into small cubes. Keep a little of the radish cubes for the decoration.
Mix all the ingredients together well, garnish with the remaining radish cubes and serve.

Tip: If you want to prepare in advance, only mix in the radish pieces just before serving, otherwise the color will run slightly.
