Christmas Antipasto Wreath

Featuring all the delicious antipasto flavors.

Thread a mixture of 1 tomato, 2 olives, 1 cherry tomato, 1 ball of Mozzarella and 1 slice of salami folded in four onto a bamboo skewer. 

Mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Arrange the skewers on a large platter, forming a crown.

Finally, arrange the rosemary between the skewers.
