Take a ready rolled puff pastry, spread mustard on it leaving a small border of puff pastry, add slices of cheese on top of the mustard and finish with a layer of fresh tomatoes. You just need a baking sheet for it, no cake or tart pan needed.
Add fresh pepper and salt and some drops of olive oil. Put into preheated oven at 190 C and cook until puff pastry is ready.
