Bruschetta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Capers (traditional method & Thermomix)
A sunny spread from southern Italy – easy to recreate at home.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Roughly chop the tomatoes and capers.

Place all ingredients in a small food processor.

Pulse until the texture is coarse but spreadable.

Adjust seasoning and transfer to a clean jar, smoothing the surface and topping with a thin layer of olive oil to protect it from air exposure.

Store in the fridge for 1 week.
