Preparation:
Allow the frozen fruit to defrost at room temperature (1–2 hours) or overnight in the fridge.
Puree the defrosted fruit using a hand blender or food processor until smooth.
In a bowl, combine mascarpone, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice.
Mix with a whisk or hand mixer until creamy.
Fold the fruit puree into the cream and stir well.
Spoon the cream into small glasses or bowls.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours to set.
