Arrange the lettuce on a platter with the green beans, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, olives, potatoes and artichokes.
Blend the white vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, mustard, red onion, garlic cloves and capers in a blender to make a more or less smooth vinaigrette.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve chilled.

Thermomix preparation
1. Place potato slices and eggs in the simmering basket.
2. Add green beans to the Varoma, place salmon (optional) on top.
3. Add 500–600โฏg water to the mixing bowl.
4. Insert basket, place Varoma on top.
5. Cook: 25 min / Varoma / speed 1
6. After cooking: cool eggs in cold water, peel; let vegetables and salmon cool.
7. Flake the salmon.
8. Rinse bowl, add vinaigrette ingredients:
→ 15 sec / speed 6, optionally another 10 sec / speed 8
9. Arrange salad on a platter, drizzle with vinaigrette, and serve.
Tip: For soft-boiled eggs, remove them after 14–15 minutes, cool immediately, and continue cooking the rest.
