Pineapple Carpaccio with Mint Sugar
Very easy and simple idea for a light breakfast, dessert or for a summer buffet 😊

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Cut the pineapples into very thin slices (works okay by hand but best with a slicing machine).

Arrange on a platter. With a mortar crush the mint into the sugar until the sugar has turned green and all the bits of the leaves are gone.

Serve in a small bowl with the pineapples.

Enjoy your meal!
