Ingredients:
Preparation:
1\. Season the ground meat with salt and pepper and shape it into small meatballs.
2\. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3\. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
4\. Add the potatoes and carrots, and briefly sauté them.
5\. Pour in the vegetable broth, stir in the cornstarch, and mix well. Add the peas and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
6\. Add the meatballs and cook for another 10-15 minutes until they are fully cooked.
7\. Add the cream (if desired) and season with salt and pepper.
