Egg salad sandwich (traditional & Thermomix)

For the next few months I have to prepare a picnic for my 4 year old son every day before he can start the school canteen.

Ingrédients:

Smash the eggs with a fork, mix them with the mayonnaise, the yoghurt, the curry, the salt and the pepper.

Spread the bread, top with thin slices of radish and sprinkle with chopped dill. Place the 2nd half of the bread on top.

For an Afternoon Tea, cut off the crust and divide the bread into 4 rectangles.
