Instructions – Traditional Method

1\. Prepare the fruit
Blend 120 g of the strawberries with the banana into a smooth purée.
Mash the remaining 50 g strawberries with a fork and stir them into the purée by hand – this gives you a smooth base with some natural fruit bits.

2\. Whip the cream
Whip the cold cream until it’s soft and fluffy, not too stiff.

3\. Combine
Gently fold the Greek yogurt into the whipped cream, then add the fruit purée. Stir just until combined – the mixture should stay light and airy.

4\. Fill the moulds
Divide the mixture between 6 popsicle moulds (about 100 ml each). Insert the sticks, seal, and freeze for at least 5 hours – ideally overnight.

Tip:

Gently tap the filled moulds on the counter before sealing – this helps remove air bubbles and evenly distribute the fruit pieces.
